Here's a Q&A to help breakdown, what's happening:

Q: What happened to Good & Fugly?
 A: Good & Fugly Pty Ltd has ceased trading under its previous ownership.

Q: Is the original Good & Fugly business continuing?
A: No. The previous company has ceased operations. However, OzHarvest Ventures, in partnership with Matt Moran, is launching a new and separate business inspired by the mission of Good & Fugly. We ask for your patience, more news to come. 

Q: If you had a subscription with the previous company, what has happened?

A: All subscriptions have been cancelled with the former company.

 

Placing an order?

Q: What are order cut-off times?

A: We will close off orders every Wednesday 12pm for the following week's deliveries.

Q: When do deliveries happen?

A: As we're transitioning operations and suppliers, we will be in touch to confirm delivery dates.  Deliveries will be made to specific locations on specific delivery days only. 

Q: Where do you deliver to currently?

A: We currently only service deliveries within 25km from Sydney.
