Ingredients
- 225g greek yoghurt
- 120ml milk of choice
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40g oats
- 2 kiwi fruits, peeled & sliced
- 2 Tbsp almonds, chopped
Directions
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir in the oats.
Divide the oat yogurt mixture, kiwis, and almonds evenly between jars. Refrigerate overnight or for at least eight hours. Enjoy!
