Get ready to up your morning porridge game. This recipe is zingy, crunchy, and creamy; the perfect start to a chilly winter morning.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 300ml milk of choice
- 160ml water
- Sprinkle of salt
- ⅓ orange (juiced & zested)
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 45g pomegranate seeds
- 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- Greek yoghurt to serve
Directions
Add the oats, milk, water, and salt to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like your oats. When everything starts to thicken, stir in the orange juice, orange zest, and maple syrup.
Remove from the heat and stir in the pomegranate seeds. Divide into bowls and add yoghurt or a splash of milk to each bowl. Enjoy!
