Ingredients

2 cup liquid of choice (water or coconut water)
- 1/3 cup leafy greens
- 1/3 cup cucumber pieces
- 1⁄2 medium carrot
- 1 mandarin (peel & seeds removed)
- Thin slice of lemon with skin on
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp mixed seeds (hemp / flax / chia)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth

Freeze vegetable pieces (e.g. zucchini / carrot / cucumber / avocado) for quick and ready to use smoothie ingredients
If you like your smoothie a little sweeter, add a dash of maple syrup or honey
