Mango Daiquiri Cocktail
60ml white rum
1⁄2 cup crushed ice
The night before you want to make these cocktails, scoop out the flesh of the mango, place it in a container and leave it to freeze overnight.
About an hour before you make the cocktails, take the mango out of the freezer and allow it to thaw slightly before using.
Add the mango to a blender, along with the juice of the lime, rum, vodka and ice. Blend until smooth, serve.
