Orange Choc Brownies

Ingredients

1½ cup ground flaxseed or almond meal (I use a mix of both)

½ cup cocoa

½ cup olive oil

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla paste

1/3 cup maple syrup

3 eggs
-
½ cup walnuts (optional)

100g 85% dark chocolate

Zest and juice of 1 orange
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and stir until combined.
In a separate bowl combine wet ingredients and whisk.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and fold through.
Pour into baking tin and bake at 160 degrees C (fan forced) for 20 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
Allow to cool before storing in the fridge in airtight container.
