Ingredients

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/3 cup plain yoghurt

1 tsp maple syrup or honey

1/2 cup chopped papaya (for serving)

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Combine milk and yoghurt in a jar or storage container. Stir until no lumps remain
Add the oats, seeds, cinnamon and honey to the jar
Mix until all ingredients are combined
Place lid on jar or container and refrigerate overnight
In the morning, remove the lid and top the oats with chopped papaya and add a drizzle of honey (optional).
