This all-natural honey is produced on certified organic farms that back onto Australian national parks. Why rescue? Because it is slightly crystallised. Crystallisation is only cosmetic but it leads to great honey being rejected. Which is a shame, because not only do the bees live wonderful lives, but they directly contribute to the ongoing sustainability of native plants and environments.
