Ingredients
1 head of romanesco cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp All Purpose spice blend
1 tsp Paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 210°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spread the cauliflower chunks on the tray before tossing through the seasoning and olive oil. Add another splash of olive oil if needed. Season with salt & pepper.
Roast in the oven until tender, but not overcooked.
