Tandoori Corn On The Cob

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
- Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- 2 ears Corn On The Cob (husk removed)
- ½ Lime (cut into wedges, juiced)
- 1 tbsp coriander (chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven to 205°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, tandoori masala, salt and pepper. Brush the butter mixture all over the corn.
Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through. Top with lime juice and coriander. Enjoy!
